process

We will initiate with a 30 minute call and briefly discuss your ideas and how our services work. We will then have a consultation and talk through more details of the proposed project. Our team will visit the site, measure, answer any questions, and discuss the scope of work.  

During this step, we draft a floor plan for your review. If any revisions need to be made, we will revise the plan before submitting it to the city. 

In the course of step three, we submit the designs to plan check. If the city requires any revisions, we will revise until the plans are approved and building permits are obtained. 

Once plans are approved by the city and building permits are obtained, we begin construction.
